Refund policy

Warranty 

Every Sandbag is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. Grain Strength will replace or refund any defective Sandbags, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alteration or improper storage. 

Returns

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt of the item, unused in the original sale condition. To start a return, you can contact us at info@grainstrength.com with proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label.

Exchanges

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping. Please note that if you wish to exchange a product and the size you require is not in stock, we will only be able to offer you a refund.
