Currently we ship to Canada & internationally to the United States.
How are the products shipped?
Sandbags
Any order with 4 or more items automatically qualifies for Free Shipping. The following CrossFit Bundles also qualify for Free Shipping: 70lb & 100lb, 70lb & 150lb, 100lb & 150lb, 100lb & 200lb, no code required – discount is automatically applied at Checkout
Canada
All Sandbags are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and have a $20 flat rate fee. Any order with 4 or more items will automatically qualify you for Free Shipping, no code required.
Wrist Bands & Journals
In order to save on shipping, Wrist Bands & Journals are shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail and do not have tracking. There is no way for Grain Strength to track packages sent through letter mail, you do have the option for an additional fee to have your Sweatband or Journal order tracked for $14.
Grain Strength is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping, if you received your order damaged, please reach the carrier.
United States
Sandbags, Wristbands & Journals are shipped via Canada Post, duty & taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1 pm Central Standard Time will ship the same day, orders placed after 1 pm Central Standard Time will ship the next day. Any orders placed on the weekend will be sent the following Monday. All orders will be processed the day they ordered, the only exception will be when I am traveling for CrossFit Competitions.
Can I return or exchange my order?
An item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original purchase condition.
Pick-Up
You can skip the shipping fee with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will be contacted to arrange for pickup. Please have your order confirmation when you come.
